About the Author

Ernesto Baron is known internationally as a writer, researcher and lecturer. He has been recognised for his valuable contributions in different fields, especially in the area of the Psychology of Self-Knowledge, in the research of ancient cultures and civilisations, for his wise analysis of our present day society and for his capacity to penetrate deeply into the human psyche. It can be said that in the area of Psychology, Sociology and Humanism, he is one of the main researchers and analysts of our time. He has been participating in seminars and international congresses for many years and his contribution has helped thousands of people to become conscious of the possibilities that are held within their interior, in order to develop these and so to transform their life.

As a tireless traveller he has journeyed to many different countries throughout the world in his desire to research the diverse cultures of the East and West, from Japan and India to Pre-Columbian America and the majority of European countries, gathering the knowledge that is contained in the monuments, traditions and customs of their people.

As fruit of these investigations he has written 52 books, some of which have been translated into English, French, Portuguese, German, Italian and Japanese.

In addition, for more than thirty years he has dedicated his life, working in a tireless humanitarian way, in order to transmit invaluable teachings and knowledge for the benefit of present-day man. Each of his books is a precious tool for the social, individual, psychological and spiritual development of the human being.
